Equality in Audio Pact

We at Passer Vulpes have signed the Equality in Audio Pact.

 

We pledge:

1 . To pay all our collaborators.

2. To hire LGBTQIA+ people, Bla(c)k people, people of colour, disabled people, and other minorities on projects not only related to their identity.

3. To release any gender or race pay gap data we collect.

4. Not to participate in panels that are not representative of the cities, towns, and industries they take place in. Specifically, for us, we pledge to never take part in all-white panels.

5. To be transparent about who works for us, as well as their role, position and permanency.

We encourage our peers in the audio industries to sign this pact as well, so that we may all work together towards equality.
